Equipped with 40mm S2C (Spike to Cut) patented burrs, the same level as TIMEMORE's high-end manual grinders. Through a grinding structure that first pierces and then cuts, it effectively reduces fine powder production and improves particle uniformity. For espresso, it can present rich crema and sweetness, while for pour-over coffee, it can reveal clearer layers and flavors.
