【Precautions】
● A slight metallic friction sound generated inside during tamping is normal.
● The active structure of the tamping surface needs to maintain an appropriate gap, so slight wobbling may be felt during use, which is a normal design.
● This product features an anti-vacuum groove and anti-vacuum step design, but a vacuum phenomenon may still occur depending on the state of the coffee puck.
● It is recommended to slowly lift the tamper after tamping.
● It is not recommended to quickly release your hand, causing the tamping surface to rebound instantly.
● Coffee grounds trapped between the tamping surface and the base are normal; regular cleaning is recommended.
● Do not wash with water.
● Do not put in the dishwasher.
● It is recommended to clean with a soft brush or dry cloth.
