Timemore's B75 Flat-Bottom Dripper (Golden Dragon Dripper) was jointly developed over nearly a year by Timemore and Li Jinlong, the third-place winner of the 2022 World Brewers Cup China Final.
B = Basket, 75 represents the angle between the dripper's slanted side and its bottom.
It's lauded as a "game-changer" in competitions, not only enhancing extraction efficiency but also comprehensively upgrading sweetness and body!
Compared to conical drippers, flat-bottom drippers are easier to brew with and have a higher fault tolerance, allowing even beginners to quickly master them; for experts, they deliver a stable and clean flavor profile.
It is recommended to use with a Timemore glass server (Clear / Dark Grey).

Brewing Recommendations
Grind Size: The B75's hollow bottom design results in a faster flow rate than typical drippers (such as Kalita), so a finer grind than usual is recommended.
Pouring Method: With flat-bottom drippers, the coffee bed thickness is even. During the bloom, there's no need to stay too long in the center; just maintain consistent water flow in both the inner and outer circles.
B75 Golden Dragon Pouring Method Demonstration
Coffee Amount: 13g
Total Water: 200g
Steps:
1️⃣ Pour 40g of water, bloom for about 30 seconds.
2️⃣ Using a medium flow, pour in small circles towards the center until 120g.
3️⃣ Once the water level drops to half, pour with a medium-to-large flow until 200g is reached.
Notes
After use, please wash with water. Do not put in the dishwasher or soak in high-temperature water.
Due to injection molding process limitations, the foggy appearance of the bottom ribs on the crystal clear white version is normal and does not affect use.
