1. Alternating Data Display Function
After pour-over mode ends, brewing time, water volume, coffee-to-water ratio, and grounds weight can be displayed alternately; espresso mode displays extraction time, liquid weight, liquid ratio, and grounds weight, making all key data clear at a glance.
2. Smart Sensing Chip
Built-in solid and liquid detection technology automatically identifies water flow and starts timing, effectively avoiding operational interruptions caused by changing filter cups or accidental touches.
3. Gravity Sensor Automatic Power-on
When the physical power is on, placing an item weighing more than 100g for 2 seconds will automatically power on and tare, improving efficiency.
4. High-Precision Sensor
Measuring range from 0.3g to 2000g, with a minimum precision of 0.1g, meeting the precision requirements of specialty coffee.

Smart Mode Operation Guide
Pour-over Mode
After turning on, double-click the power button to enter smart mode (water drop icon lights up). Place your brewing equipment, then press the power button to tare. After adding coffee grounds, press the T button to record the grounds weight, and the system will automatically start timing when you begin pouring water. After brewing, remove the filter cup to view complete brewing data and coffee-to-water ratio information.
Espresso Mode
After entering smart mode, place the portafilter and tare, then record the grounds weight. Place the coffee scale under the espresso machine and position your cup, the system will automatically tare. When coffee liquid flows into the cup, timing begins. After extraction is complete, remove the cup to view data such as extraction time, liquid weight, and coffee-to-liquid ratio.
